Return and Restocking fees explained ...

A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned within 15 days of purchase and have not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the original shipment.

Note that shipping costs may not be refunded.

For units that have been damaged after delivery, you may be charged an additional restocking fee of either 25% or 50% of the original purchase price based on the severity of damage. If we receive a return which has been damaged beyond repair, we may return the item to you without issuing a refund.

If you don't receive your order by the maximum delivery day of the shipping option you can open lost or refund claim with us if you wish.

Please note: All orders processing time is up to 24 hrs and Holidays and Weekends are not a business days.

However, in the event that issues arise and you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please review the information below to find out how to get the item you want or a refund for your purchase.


If for any reason you do not wish to keep your merchandise , you have up to 7 days from the date of the original purchase order is delivered to you cancel your purchase and initiate a refund. Please contact our support team by email to return your merchandise. Once you fill out the form, the following will occur:

We send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) letter to your email address.

Print the RMA and place the form inside of the shipping box you're returning.

You can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your return, we'll issue a refund to the original payment account minus a 15% restocking fee (if applicable) within a reasonable time. We may waive the fee for an unopened box in perfect condition. For damaged units, customers may be charged additional restocking fees.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued to the credit card used when making the original purchase with your account. You may not be refunded for the shipping cost of the original purchase.


Within 15 days of delivery, if you happen to receive a defective items that you'd like to exchange, please email our support team. We'll work with you on next steps.

Normally there is a two options;

You can return damaged items and we can replace it free and send you new ones free..

Second option is;

You can inform us damaged items via email ( phone (1-888-810-8748) we make a note to your account these items than on your next order we will send you all of them free of charge too in same package.

Shipment lost or stolen

If your package fails to arrive or you suspect it was stolen before you received the package, please email us so we can resend your order or process a refund for you. We pursues loss claims directly with USPS.
