Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

1- You can return us damaged glass items in Regular mail and we can replace them FREE and Ship them back to you FREE 2- You don't have to return them to us, just report to us what glass items are damaged on the way, we will replace them FREE on your next order.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For our customer's satisfaction if any of your glass items are damaged on the way and if you report us via email at "cs@ricemanoline.com" or text us at 1-843-695-Rice (7423) as soon as you received them or same day of delivery, we will replace them for you within two options.
